NPC: A gnomewatch patrolman
Long Desc: A member of the Gnomewatch patrols for threats.

As a member of Cogworks City's security forces, this Gnome is one of the few
responsible for ensuring the safety of the city and all of its citizens and
visitors.  The Gnomewatch has been constantly beleagured by the frequent
invasions that have been occurring since the rifts starting opening.  The
angry denizens of the Sigil Underground are lashing out violently, and these
Gnomes are the first in line to intercept that violence.
It is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
