NPC: Castmaster Zrongar
Long Desc: The foundry's overseer is here supervising the creation of a new mold.

As the leader of the foundry, Zrongar is in charge of some incredibly
important work.  Much of the building materials for both buildings and
robotics are produced in his foundry, and it is vital that the molds that he
is in charge of creating are made to extremely specific specifications.
It is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
