NPC: A fey trickster
Long Desc: A devious fey is creating destructive pranks and traps.

Fey take delight in watching others struggle and suffer, and this one has
made it its job to create such situations.  It is tormenting people with
bombs, sneaky attacks, and annoying magic.  It is less destructive than most
other invaders that come into town, but the gnomes undoubtedly want to get
rid of it just as badly.
It is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
