NPC: Glovita
Long Desc: The keeper of the city's lost and found stands over the lost and found box.

Glovita is the overseer of the city's lost and found system.  Gnomes are
apparently very clumsy when it comes to their belongings and leave them all
over the city, so she is a very busy Gnome.  She is in charge of tuning the
compass tools to locate lost items.
It is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
