Long Desc: A robotic Gnome tidies up the streets.

Roaming the streets in an endless search for trash, scuffs, and spills, the
auto-clearner robot keeps the city neat and tidy.  They each have a set area
to patrol and we go through their route several times per day to ensure that
nothing unsightly accumulates.
It is a robot approximately 7'1" tall.
