NPC: A fey ranger
Long Desc: A rugged fey is here using natural magic for the purposes of evil.

Fey very rarely choose the path of the ranger, but for some it comes
naturally.  The Feys' solitary nature and the vast woodlands of the Faerie
Plane make the way of the ranger easy for them to accidentally stumble into.
Even with a close connection to the natural world, that is still not enough
to dispel the evil nature of the fey.
It is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
