Long Desc: The head chef of Cogworks City is making a stew for the masses here.

Whurgle believes that maintaining a strong community is the key to success.
She does that with her cooking abilities, and offers stew to anyone who
desires it.  She only asks that those who are able to help to procure the
ingredients for her delicious stews, a task that is often left to roaming
adventurers.
She is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
