NPC: A laboratory technician
Long Desc: A Gnome technician examines a slide of blood under a microscope.

Locked away in the windowless laboratory, these Gnomes spend their days
examining blood and other materials from the patients of the hospital.  They
aren't fully trained doctors, but they are able to identify certain diseases
and issues with the chemistry of the blood and other bodily fluids they
examine.
It is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
