NPC: A battered and bruised gnome
Long Desc: A Gnome nursing a broken arm is getting an x-ray here.

The victim of a runaway robot collision, this Gnome has had her arm broken
in the fall.  The doctors want an x-ray to be taken of her arm to determine
the exact nature of the break.  The Gnomish bonesetting techniques aren't
exactly the most effective, but at least with the x-ray they'll be able to
get her arm fixed close to what it used to be.
It is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
