Long Desc: A busy doctor is hurriedly eating a meal.

Eating as quickly as possible because he has more patients than he can
handle, this doctor isn't even enjoying the meal the cafeteria prepared for
him.  The hospital is very busy today and the staff is feeling very rushed.
It is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
