The purveyor of the tea shoppe is a small old woman with wispy white hair
and a stooped posture.  Her love of tea is legendary and she is always
latest to brew the latest trends that have popped up in Alyria.  Uolin is
the famous creator of the Cogworks Breakfast blend, a boldly flavored tea
that has become incredibly popular.
