NPC: A pink flamingo
Long Desc: A pink bird stands on one leg here.

This large pink bird is wading in the water while standing on one leg.  This
seems to help the bird keep balanced as it scans the waters for food.  It
doesn't seem terribly concerned about the nearby alligators as it leisurely
wades in the brackish water.
It is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
