NPC: A black bear
Long Desc: A short black bear is rummaging through the bushes for berries.

Relatively small for a bear, these black bears are typically non-aggressive
and are afraid to approach any people.  Their diets are largely comprised of
berries, nuts, and nutritious vegetation, but they are opportunistic and
will consume meat if there is an easy target available.
It is a bear approximately 7'0" tall.
