NPC: A sahuagin wetlands expert
Long Desc: A kind sahuagin is here studying the wetlands.

Eschewing the more traditional sahuagin professions such as slavemaster and
raider, this aquatic fellow has devoted his life to the study of wetlands
environment.  It is a biome the sahuagin have a natural affinity for, and it
is often one of the first to suffer when civilization is not living in
harmony with nature.
It is a sahuagin approximately 5'7" tall.
