NPC: A bright coral snake
Long Desc: A brightly banded snake slithers along here.

With black, yellow, and red bands, this narrow little snake displays its
venomous natures with its bright patterns.  Extremely dangerous but
reclusive, these snakes are generally not feared but are definitely
respected.  If spotted, any person would be wise to keep their distance from
this venomous snake.
It is a snake approximately 1'7" tall.
