NPC: A snail kite
Long Desc: A bird of prey with a hooked beak watches for snails here.

Made obvious by its name, the snail kite's main source of food is snails.  A
once common creature in these wetlands, the variations in water level caused
by the Gnomes' developing city have disrupted the snail population.
Anything that feeds on the snails, such as this kite, have suffered as a
result.  The once populous birds are now a rare sight to behold.
It is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
