NPC: Curator Revlap
Long Desc: An aged Gnome is wearing traditional robes and she walks through the hallways.

Revlap is the epitome of tradition.  She is the Curator of this tower and
represents its ideals of Gnomish isolation perfectly.  She has always been
hostile to the idea of Gnomes sharing their technology, and has become even
more fiercely opposed to it with the advent of Gnomerite and all the
advancements that has sparked.
It is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
