Long Desc: A relaxed gnome basks in the sun amongst the flowers.

This Gnome is enjoying the calm of the sky gardens while he lays out in the
sun.  The gardens are a fairly popular place to come and relax after a day
of work despite the unprofessional layout of the place.  There are few other
places in the city where the constant chugging of machinery isn't
omnipresent.
It is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
