NPC: Guffin and Tuffin, the Cloud Conjurers
Long Desc: A towering, rosy-cheeked giant hums cheerfully as they spin clouds of sweet magic.

Guffin and Tuffin, the twin-headed Cloud Conjurers, are a gentle giant with
laughter so warm it could melt taffy.  Guffin hums a merry tune while Tuffin
chatters endlessly with anyone small enough to fit in their palm, both
working in perfect rhythm as they spin sweetness from the air.  Their shared
apron is dusted with sugar and streaked with pastel hues, each smudge a
memory of the treats they've crafted for delighted children.  With a swirl
of their glittering cane, the pair coax tufts of pastel mist into perfect
clouds of cotton candy that shimmer with faint static.  The air around them
smells of caramelized sugar and summer rain, and every puff of sweetness
seems touched by their boundless joy.
It is a two-headed giant approximately 5'6" tall.
