NPC: A burly construction worker
Long Desc: A burly construction worker adjusts a crooked awning frame.

This burly construction worker looks like she's been here since the first
stake hit the ground.  Her hands are thick and calloused, though each nail
remains perfectly manicured.  A crooked badge on her chest reads "Temporary
Culinary Engineering Division," though it looks hand-painted.  Beneath her
gruff exterior, there's a sparkle of pride, knowing that someday this will
become the beating, hungry heart of the Faire.
She is a dwarf approximately 4'6" tall.
