A wizened old man with skin like folded parchment and eyes full of stars
sits atop a floating dais, his long white hair braided into intricate loops
that sway gently as he tilts his head.  Though ancient in appearance, he
fidgets with quiet delight, his legs dangling over the edge and kicking back
and forth like an impatient child waiting for a story to begin.  His robe,
stitched with constellations and forgotten runes, sparkles faintly with
magic as he hums tunelessly to himself, eyes twinkling with mischief and the
weight of centuries.
It is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
