NPC: Gul'grits the Gutmaster
Long Desc: A barnacle-pocked sahuagin shouts angrily at the cooking fire here.

A broad-shouldered sahuagin with barnacle-pocked skin and a blood-stained
apron stomps about.  Gul'grits speaks in a mix of Alyrian and wet gurgles,
punctuated by aggressive pointing and unsolicited dietary opinions.  His
gills flare when someone complains about the seasoning, and his tail knocks
over empty barrels as he spins to shout at the fire again.  No one knows
where he gets his ingredients, and nobody is in much of a rush to ask.
It is a sahuagin approximately 5'6" tall.
