NPC: A chamois
Long Desc: A goat-like animal is grazing on the sparse grass.

A cross between a goat and an antelope, the chamois is a fairly small,
horned animal that lives on these slops.  Eyes constantly fixed downward
looking for approaching predators, they are wary but can be snuck up upon
from above.
It is a pack animal approximately 5'6" tall.
