NPC: An alphine chough
Long Desc: A rough black bird with a yellow beak is nesting on the mountainside.

This black bird is sitting on a rock on the side of the cliff, its feathers
perpetually ruffled by the wind.  These birds nest here on the cliffs where
it is relatively less dense with predators targeting their eggs.  Food is
sparse up here, so the birds often venture to lower elevations during the
day to hunt.
It is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
