NPC: A former member of the Kelp Crew
Long Desc: A pallid sahuagin is dressed in a black outfit, on top of which is a floor-length cloak.

The Kelp Crew were a band of marauders of some notoriety, who terrorized
Pirate's Cove for years, a decade or three ago.  They all died under
mysterious circumstances, which wasn't particularly surprising for a bunch
of pirates whose weapons of choice were poisons and blowdarts.  Or at least,
everyone thought they died, and yet on this woman's vest is their patch- the
insignia of a kraken waving its arms, entirely composed of green seaweed.
She pulls her cloak tightly around her, all while staring unblinkingly.
She is a sahuagin approximately 5'5" tall.
