NPC: The Master of Ceremonies
Long Desc: The Master of Ceremonies is here, watching over the castle's social events.

He is a pretentious man with a thick moustache and colorful taste in
clothes.  His job is to oversee all the social events of the castle, making
sure that everything occurs with appropriate pomp and circumstance.  With a
sweeping flourish of the arms he directs the musicians to begin playing a
suitably fussy overture as he steps forward to greet the newcomers to the
castle.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
