NPC: A happy trout
Long Desc: A happy trout splashes about in the swirling eddies.

The water is clear and untainted, with the exception of some mosquito larva
that manages to grow on the banks of the river.  This trout happily
traverses the waterway from shore to shore, visible the whole time through
the clear freshwater.
It is a fish approximately 1'7" tall.
