NPC: Trader Zerzix
Long Desc: Trader Zerzix, Goblam's main trader is here, noting customer orders.

Zerzix is the main trader in the depot, with other goblin traders looking to
her for advice on prices.  Being the main trader, she holds a distinguished
position within the mining complex.  She goes from customer to customer,
taking orders while limiting the conversation to three or four sentences.
Although impatient, she is nonetheless very polite to customers.
She is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.
