NPC: A goblin laborer
Long Desc: A goblin laborer is here, hurrying to complete a task.

These laborers are easily recognizable by the mining complex uniform they
wear, a basic white tunic with dark brown shorts.  The laborers hurry about,
trying to quickly complete whatever the taskmasters need.  It occurs to you
that they are, however, lacking in any protective equipment.  Given the
potentially dangerous environment of the mining complex, this seems like a
serious oversight.
She is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.
