NPC: A goblin taskmaster
Long Desc: One of Goblam's taskmasters is here, barking orders.

Carrying a clipboard with the day's tasks, the goblin taskmaster glares
about, making sure tasks are meeting deadlines.  Hearing their voice, hoarse
from berating the laborers, you hope they don't notice you and mistake you
for an employee of the complex!
It is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.
