NPC: Ziggy
Long Desc: Ziggy, the delusional goblin is here, muttering away in a corner.

Wide-eyed and frequently stealing glances around the room, this goblin is
very afraid of something.  He constantly mutters something under his breath,
although you cannot quite catch what he is saying.  He hugs his knees in a
fetal position, rocking back and forth.
It is a goblin approximately 2'8" tall.
