Long Desc: A shimmering haze wavers on the horizon... and in your entire field of view.

It's barely even a thing, just a sensation, but it is still very real.  It
shimmies like a dervish, but neither air nor heat emanates from its
movements.  It is a mystery- greater than a hallucination, but less than a
phantom.
It is a elemental approximately 15'4" tall.
