NPC: A bubbly cloudling
Long Desc: A friendly little cloud bounces around happily.

Like a cherub made of water vapor and sunshine, this cloudling giggles and
bounces happily, cooing with delight at every fresh sensation.  It's so tiny
that it seems physically prohibitive to have formed in the first place, but
it seems just as dense as the cumulus clouds who are a million its size.
It is a elemental approximately 6'11" tall.
