NPC: A brewery worker
Long Desc: A very busy halfling is here, on some task at the brewery.

This halfling is busy with work for the Grumbling Stout Brewery.  Wearing a
green smock and thick leather boots, hair pulled back in a sharp pony tail
the worker seems to be the epitome of efficiency.
He is a halfling approximately 3'11" tall.
