Long Desc: A strong-willed woman is here, managing the brewery.

Janice Grumble is the leading expert on the art of brewing beer.  She is of
average halfling height and weight, bright green eyes and brilliant blonde
hair that is going grey.  Her piercing gaze doesn't miss much, and she
regards you sharply before glancing away.  There is an aura of power about
her and her will is absolute when it comes to making her beers.
She is a halfling approximately 3'11" tall.
