Long Desc: A snappily-outfitted fey paces briskly, awaiting reports.

This fey is in charge.  He walks with purpose, in straight lines, and
turns at right angles.  He does not meander, stare at the walls, or play
with the giant arachnids.  He has a job to do, a duty to fulfill, and he
won't let anything, be it distraction or your sword, get in the way of that.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
