NPC: Gert, the town elder of Renn
Long Desc: An older genteel halfling is here, looking important.

Gert is the village leader of Renn, and as such, takes his responsibilities
seriously.  The village has a strong export business and the business of
export is good for civil utilities and growth.  This halfling esteems
himself as the upper crust of the Rennic society.  He wears a fancy hat and
a smartly cut suit of the finest cloth.  His hair is white with some vibrant
gold of his youth still in evidence.  He is properly shaven, though his feet
are, of course, covered in fur.
He is a halfling approximately 4'0" tall.
