NPC: Tucker the Apothecary
Long Desc: A tired looking older halfling is here, grinding herbs in a mortar.

Tucker is the resident apothecary of Renn.  He's been in business for longer
than anybody's memory and has the stoic regard of strangers that is typical
of an older generational halfling in this area.  His hair is shock white,
and wears a white apron over a nice shirt and slacks.  His shoes are rugged
and hardy, showing signs of repair and rigarous use.  His wares are
materials found in his own garden as well in the wildes surrounding the
Village of Renn, and the quality is above reproach.
He is a halfling approximately 3'11" tall.
