NPC: Grundy the Bartender
Long Desc: A fat, jovial bartender stands behind the bar.

Grundy is a very rotund halfling even by halfling standards.  His hair is
speckled gray and meticulously combed and oiled.  He wears a white apron
over a loud red coat.  He is almost as loud as his clothing and is
constantly chatting with his customers and can be clearly heard over the
chatter and clatter of normal bar operations.
He is a halfling approximately 4'0" tall.
