NPC: A gaggle of halfling girls
Long Desc: A gaggle of pretty halfling girls are here, gossiping amongst themselves.

These halfling girls look to be in their late teens, possibly early
twenties.  Their hair tied up in intricate curls and they each are wearing a
variation of the same lovely dress.  The hems are tied up high, exposing a
great deal of leg.  The feet of these girls are uniquely non-hairy, and it
is evident that they shave their legs as well.  A slight purple tint can be
discerned though.
She is a halfling approximately 3'11" tall.
