NPC: An elderly farmer
Long Desc: An elderly farmer is here, checking over his tools.

This elderly halfing is weathered and fairly lean for his race.  His hair is
fully gray, and his craggy face bares the white stubble of someone who
hasn't yet shaved today.  He is toying with a pair of pruning sheers, oiling
the springs by the look of it.  This is likely the chief caretaker of the
Rennic farms.
He is a halfling approximately 4'1" tall.
