NPC: A small whippoorwill
Long Desc: A small whippoorwill is here, hiding in plain sight.

The song of the whippoorwill is distinctive, the small bird being called for
the sound it makes for it's mating call.  Generally very difficult to detect
in the woods - it is much easier to find here in Renn.  For some reason the
small creatures enjoy the village and call from the eaves of the small homes
of the halflings.
It is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
