NPC: A plotting seagull
Long Desc: A beady-eyed seagull perches atop one of the apple trees.

Beady eyes and a heartless, enigmatic expression betray none of this
creature's intentions.  None are needed.  This seagull is mounted astride
the largest apple tree here, physically preparing itself to gorge on the
countless apples that lay before it.
It is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
