NPC: Burek, the cattle herder
Long Desc: A tall, athletic minotaur is here, driving cattle.

Burek's job is to manage the feeding schedules and health of Althaman's
cattle herds.  He can always be found out in the fields, either examining
the cattle or attemping to herd them into their pen if there's a storm
coming or the day is ending and they need to be in the pen for safety during
the night.  He's a hard worker, but Burek rarely completes his duties in a
timely manner.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'11" tall.
