NPC: The frost giant shipwright
Long Desc: The shipwright reads a nautical newsletter, luxuriating in an avanto.

The giant hole carved into the icy floor looks a bit strange, but its
context is either fully explained by, or grows even stranger, given the
presence of the frost giant reclining in it until only their head is
visible.  The enormous, blue head covered in steam is disconcerting, but the
shipbuilding-related hubbub in the background indicates that the foreman's
relaxed state is neither hindrance nor distraction.
It is a giant approximately 25'1" tall.
