NPC: Old Devil Moon
Long Desc: A crouched figure lurks in the darkness, one eye in the center of its forehead giving it away.

These Vizra Demons appear to have some vested interest in maintaining a
perimeter around the apparatus in the center of the lightning chamber.  It
doesn't look like much, but these creatures are neither going back to where
they came from, nor terrorizing the countryside.  They are staying
stationary, and focusing all of their efforts on this corner of the
destroyed Keep.
She is a vizra approximately 11'4" tall.
