NPC: A vampiric goblin
Long Desc: A caped goblin bares its oddly long fangs here.

This goblin seems to have been completely overtaken by vampiric urges.  With
long, sharp fangs and a desire to consume blood, it is attempting to bite
those around it and drain them of energy.  It uses different methods than
the average goblin, but the end result is not very different.
It is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.
