NPC: An invading goblin
Long Desc: A crazed goblin is here causing random destruction.

This is exactly what you expect when you encounter a goblin.  It has whipped
itself into a frenzy as it runs around causing random acts of destruction
and there is no way of reasoning with it.  The goblin is going to have to be
defeated with force, as that's going to be the only way to make it go away
before the entire city is destroyed.
It is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.
