NPC: A goblin bomber
Long Desc: A short goblin is throwing bombs here.

Goblins are well known for their love of blowing things up and this one is
no exception.  Carrying a variety of sacks full of explosives, it walks
through the city cackling as it constantly throws out bombs at anything that
moves.  The goblin invaders seem to be here just for the fun of causing
trouble.
It is a goblin approximately 3'7" tall.
