Long Desc: Something fast and paranoid with elven features flies across the treetops on grapples.

The few elves that try to live as individualists typically do so by escaping
the society they view as impure and frightening, and coming here.  This one
is doing about as well as they usually do.
It is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
